Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate all training and capacity building activities for the institute.
Develop and support academic programs, including a Master of Public Health program in French.
Organize short-term trainings in biostatistics, epidemiology, genetics, and related subjects.
Assess training needs, develop content, and coordinate logistics for all programs.
Manage scheduling, attendance records, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Education or Public Health-related field required.
4-5 years of experience in training, academic program development, or related role.
Native or near-native French proficiency (written and spoken); good command of English.
Strong organizational and program management skills.
Experience working with subject matter experts in public health settings.
Master's degree in Education or Public Health is advantageous.
International organization or low- and middle-income country experience is an asset.

Full-time; One-year temporary or two-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
