Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate all training and capacity building activities for the institute, including academic programs and short-term trainings.
Develop and manage curriculum content for a Master of Public Health program in French and support PhD students at partner institutions.
Assess training needs, develop training content, coordinate logistics, and facilitate training sessions.
Manage scheduling, attendance, training records, and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Education or Public Health-related field (Master's degree is advantageous).
4-5 years of experience in training, academic program development, or related role.
Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
Strong organizational and program management skills with familiarity of public health concepts and curriculum structures.
Experience working with subject matter experts; international organization background and cross-cultural experience are assets.

Full-time; one-year temporary or two-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
