Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory operations at the Global Health Institute.
- Manage laboratory facilities, equipment, and consumables procurement.
- Develop and implement standard operation protocols.
- Provide training and technical support to laboratory users.
- Manage documentation, prepare reports, and support events and seminars.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in science or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures is advantageous; experience in diverse cultural environments is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.
