Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory operations and manage laboratory facilities.
- Handle procurement and inventory management of equipment and consumables.
- Develop and implement standard operation protocols.
- Provide training and technical support to laboratory users.
- Manage documentation, prepare reports, and support events and seminars.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in science or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures is an advantage; prior experience in diverse cultural environments is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
