Technical Manager (Creative Hub)

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the Hub's master asset inventory, preventative maintenance schedules, and asset tracking systems for all facilities and equipment.
Supervise and lead the Hub's multi-disciplinary technical staff, managing task assignments, workflows, and performance standards.
Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for venue usage.
Align the Hub's technical capabilities with academic curricula and institutional goals while managing operational budgets and equipment purchases.
Ensure flawless coordination of audio, video, and physical staging across all flagship spaces.

Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Music Technology, Electronic Engineering, Stage Management, Creative Media, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a major commercial studio, performing arts centre, or elite academic production venue.
Proven experience in a technical crew lead, team supervisor, or management role.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage technical teams and communicate with senior management.
Exceptional organisational discipline with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
