Duties & Responsibilities

Provide overall coordination and operational oversight of large-scale multicenter clinical studies.
Manage daily operations including recruitment, assessments, and participant engagement activities.
Supervise field teams to ensure protocol adherence, participant safety, and quality control.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track milestones.
Oversee budget management, procurement, and expenditure tracking.
Coordinate among project partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Lead risk management and contingency planning for the project.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare progress reports.
Collaborate with clinicians to implement new technologies for process improvement.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Public Health, Data Science, or related discipline.
Have at least 8 years' project management experience in large-scale multicenter clinical studies.
Demonstrate hands-on stakeholder and departmental coordination experience.
Possess expertise in budgeting and logistics coordination.
Have excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Show strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multitask.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Have excellent spoken and written command of both Chinese and English.

Fixed-term contract of two years or temporary basis of one year, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
