Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in new building and renovation projects across academic, teaching, research, and residential sectors.
Conduct feasibility studies and formulate project requirements from inception to post-completion.
Exercise budget control and programme planning for assigned projects.
Lead external consultants on design quality and project implementation.
Monitor site construction, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or equivalent discipline.
At least 8 years' relevant experience in project planning, management, and site supervision at management level.
Good communication skills and working knowledge of BIM and computer software.
Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) or equivalent.
Experience in mixed-use architectural and/or interior projects is advantageous.

Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, commencing as soon as possible with possibility of renewal.
