Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct fire drills and fire safety training for staff and students.
Oversee maintenance, inspection, and testing of fire safety systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and internal safety policies.
Manage emergency preparedness initiatives and safety audits.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and government authorities on fire safety policies.
Support facilities management projects with focus on safety and compliance.
Prepare and manage tender documents for procurement processes.

Hold a university degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
Have at least 8 years of relevant supervisory experience in facilities management or fire safety.
Possess practical experience in fire safety management and maintaining fire safety systems.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of fire safety legislation, codes, and standards.
Have good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AutoCAD.
Hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) or equivalent.
Experience with corporate safety policies and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
