Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct fire drills and fire safety training for staff and students.
Oversee maintenance, inspection, and testing of fire safety systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and internal safety policies.
Manage emergency preparedness initiatives and safety audits.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, government authorities, and stakeholders on fire safety policies and procedures.
Support facilities management projects with focus on safety and compliance.
Prepare and manage tender documents for procurement processes.

University degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant supervisory experience in facilities management or fire safety.
Practical experience in fire safety management, conducting fire drills, training, and maintaining fire safety systems.
Solid knowledge of fire safety legislation, codes, and standards.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AutoCAD.
Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) or equivalent.
Experience with corporate safety policies, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination is advantageous.
