Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in projects including new building and renovation works across academic, teaching, research, and residential facilities.
Conduct feasibility studies, formulate project requirements, and exercise budget control and programme planning.
Lead external consultants on design quality and monitor site construction while resolving technical issues.
Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, user groups, and facilities management on project execution.
Monitor and supervise site works, quality control, and site inspections for quality and safety management.
Liaise with project teams, Safety Office, and external consultants regarding project quality and safety.
Work shifts, overtime, and public holidays as required.

Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Structural/Civil) or equivalent.
Corporate membership of HKIA/HKIE (or equivalent) and Registered Professional Engineer qualification.
At least 8 years' relevant experience in project planning, management, and site supervision at management level.
At least 5 years' site supervision experience in large-scale, institutional, DfMA, or MiC projects (advantageous for Site Safety post).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills with ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and BIM.
Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
