Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in projects including new building and renovation works across academic, teaching, research, and residential facilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, formulate project requirements, and exercise budget control and programme planning.
- Lead external consultants on design quality and monitor site construction while resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, user groups, and facilities management on project execution.
- Monitor and supervise site works, quality control, and site inspections for quality and safety management.
- Liaise with project teams, Safety Office, and external consultants regarding project quality and safety.
- Work shifts, overtime, and public holidays as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Structural/Civil) or equivalent.
- Corporate membership of HKIA/HKIE (or equivalent) and Registered Professional Engineer qualification.
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in project planning, management, and site supervision at management level.
- At least 5 years' site supervision experience in large-scale, institutional, DfMA, or MiC projects (advantageous for Site Safety post).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and BIM.
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
