Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Department's IT infrastructure and computing facilities.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Assist in laboratory development and support research activities.
Develop and deliver capstone and experiential learning courses for the Bachelor of Engineering programme.
Coordinate laboratory maintenance and setup of new facilities.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Possess relevant post-degree work experience and/or postgraduate research experience.
Demonstrate strong hands-on skills in network administration, server maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Have foundational understanding of cybersecurity.
Display fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
Be self-motivated and highly organized.
Expertise in embedded systems, digital twins, cyber-physical systems, 3D printing, robotics, ERP/WMS, IoT, or mobile/web applications is advantageous.

Fixed-term contract of 2 years with possibility of renewal; contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefit contribution (up to 10% of basic salary); commencement as soon as possible.
