Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination of participant recruitment, engagement activities, scheduling, and mobilization.
  • Manage participant communication, tracking, consent documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to the project team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for participant inquiries and assist with data collection and community engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Science or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in clinical research administration, logistics, or community project support.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Have experience coordinating community-based health programs or multicentre clinical studies.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
