Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide IT and AV equipment support services to Faculty staff and students.
- Set up, maintain, and manage inventory of IT and AV equipment and facilities.
- Maintain the Faculty website and provide support for Faculty events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or recognised Associate Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant work experience in IT support services.
- Possess strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and AV systems across multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated and committed to continuous professional development.
- Preference given to those with event photography experience and video editing proficiency.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
