Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procurement activities for AV, IT and educational technology equipment.
- Prepare procurement documents, quotations, tender specifications and evaluation reports.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranty coverage and service agreements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment systems including audio, visual, lighting, video streaming and control systems.
- Good knowledge of AV technologies and standards such as AV-over-IP, Dante and NDI.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
