Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the setup and management of teaching facilities including video production, photography, and computer graphics studios.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students for teaching, learning, and research activities.
Supervise installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment and apparatus.
Assist with demonstrations, laboratory classes, and practical projects.
Coordinate procurement of consumables, equipment, and systems.
Maintain inventory records and prepare cost estimates for stores and equipment.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure cleanliness of operating areas.

Recognised Diploma or Higher Certificate in a relevant discipline.
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in common operating systems, office software, and computer-aided design systems.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and audio/visual equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
Experience in audio production, VFX, video production, or post-production software is advantageous.

Full-time; may require work at different sites, irregular hours, shifts, and weekend work as necessary.
