Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup and management of teaching facilities including video production, photography, and computer graphics studios.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students for teaching, learning, and research activities.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment and apparatus.
  • Assist with demonstrations, laboratory classes, and practical projects.
  • Coordinate procurement of consumables, equipment, and systems.
  • Maintain inventory records and prepare cost estimates for stores and equipment.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure cleanliness of operating areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Recognised Diploma or Higher Certificate in a relevant discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in common operating systems, office software, and computer-aided design systems.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and audio/visual equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Experience in audio production, VFX, video production, or post-production software is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time; may require work at different sites, irregular hours, shifts, and weekend work as necessary.
