Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure and monitor IT/AV hardware and software.
- Provide IT/AV support for teaching activities, user help desk operations.
- Diagnose and solve IT/AV technical issues.
- Support University events and set up corresponding IT/AV equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above qualification in a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of IT or AV technologies.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pleasant demeanor with positive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Work experience in higher education is advantageous.
Appointment
- Part-time; shifts including evenings and weekends required.
