Duties & Responsibilities

Provide multimedia and graphic design support for print and digital collateral, including eDM layout design.
Update website content using content management systems.
Install, operate, and maintain audio-visual systems and provide technical support for live streaming and events.
Support audio and video production services across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
Provide technical support in computer laboratories, including setup, installation, and maintenance of computers and networking equipment.
Provide photography, video shooting, and technical support for events and activities.
Assist in procurement and inventory control of stores, software licenses, and consumables.

Hold a recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia, Digital Media, Creative Media, or equivalent.
Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Possess practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools (advantageous).
Demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively.
Be a strong team player capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
