Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle frontline phone and in-person enquiries from students and visitors.
  • Assist in processing student residential accommodation applications and maintaining related records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Colleges and Accommodation Section.
  • Support day-to-day coordination with students and relevant service providers.
  • May be required to work outside normal office hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess a recognised associate degree or above in any discipline.
  • Be proficient in computer skills including MS Office.
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Work experience in tertiary education or housing management is advantageous.
