Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle frontline phone and in-person enquiries from students and visitors.
- Assist in processing student residential accommodation applications and maintaining related records.
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Colleges and Accommodation Section.
- Support day-to-day coordination with students and relevant service providers.
- May be required to work outside normal office hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a recognised associate degree or above in any discipline.
- Be proficient in computer skills including MS Office.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Work experience in tertiary education or housing management is advantageous.
