Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the QEF Thematic Network project on early childhood Chinese language learning.
Support curriculum development and mentor junior teaching staff.
Evaluate school-based progress and prepare academic reports.
Promote integration of educational technologies and AI-driven tools in digital teaching platforms.
Collaborate with teaching and research teams to enhance schools' digital teaching capacity.

Hold a Master's degree with at least 5 years of early childhood teaching experience, or a doctoral degree.
Demonstrate strong written and spoken proficiency in Chinese and English.
Possess good interpersonal and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Familiar with institutional administration and financial operations.
Experience in curriculum design and teaching materials development is preferred.
