Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the QEF Thematic Network project on learning Chinese in kindergarten settings.
- Support curriculum development and mentor junior teaching staff.
- Evaluate school-based progress and prepare academic reports.
- Promote integration of educational technologies and AI-driven tools in digital teaching platforms.
- Collaborate with teaching and research teams to enhance schools' digital teaching capacity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree with at least 5 years of early childhood teaching experience, or a doctoral degree.
- Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Possess good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiar with institutional administration and financial operations.
- Preferred: experience in curriculum design and development of teaching materials.
Appointment
- Temporary contract with expected end date of 31 August 2027.
