Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to admissions, student recruitment, and college publications.
- Organize and assist with various college events and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain alumni relationships and promotional activities.
- Handle administrative tasks including enquiries, statistics compilation, and database maintenance.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
- Have 1 year's experience in administration, student recruitment, and event management in higher or continuing education.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
- Possess skills and experience in multimedia and digital marketing (preferable).
