Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature searches and prepare summaries of relevant research findings.
Assist with data collection and analysis to support project objectives.
Contribute to the development of learning activities associated with the projects.
Support report writing and preparation or presentation of research findings.
Undertake other research-related duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Research Associates: Doctorate degree in Education, English Language Studies, Applied Linguistics, or related discipline with relevant research experience and publication track record.
Research Assistants: Bachelor's degree or above in Education, English Language Studies, Applied Linguistics, or related discipline.
Strong research skills and ability to apply them effectively.
Commitment to responsibility with effective organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferably familiar with quantitative research tools (e.g., SPSS).
