Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the Quality Education Fund project on Chinese language learning for kindergarten students.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum while leading the teaching team in developing school-based curricula.
  • Maintain collaboration with participating schools and teaching partners to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Oversee curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with educational standards and policies.
  • Monitor teaching support progress, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree with at least 5 years of teaching and teacher training experience in Chinese language education.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall teaching experience.
  • Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Over 5 years of administrative and curriculum development experience in school-based curriculum planning.
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Appointment

  • Temporary contract with expected end date of 31 August 2027.
