Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the Quality Education Fund project on Chinese language learning for kindergarten students.
Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum while leading the teaching team in developing school-based curricula.
Maintain collaboration with participating schools and teaching partners to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Oversee curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with educational standards and policies.
Monitor teaching support progress, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Master's degree with at least 5 years of teaching and teacher training experience in Chinese language education.
Minimum 8 years of overall teaching experience.
Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Over 5 years of administrative and curriculum development experience in school-based curriculum planning.
Leadership and team management experience with ability to coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
