Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the Quality Education Fund project on Chinese language learning for kindergarten students.
- Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum while leading the teaching team in developing school-based curricula.
- Maintain collaboration with participating schools and teaching partners to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with educational standards and policies.
- Monitor teaching support progress, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree with at least 5 years of teaching and teacher training experience in Chinese language education.
- Minimum 8 years of overall teaching experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Over 5 years of administrative and curriculum development experience in school-based curriculum planning.
- Leadership and team management experience with ability to coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Appointment
- Temporary contract with expected end date of 31 August 2027.
