Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Director in coordinating and administering the PSC Pre-exam Immersion Enhancement Programme project.
- Handle promotion, recruitment, enquiries, and enrolment matters for the programme.
- Arrange pre-course diagnostics and support logistics for Hong Kong training sessions and the 5-day Mainland immersion component.
- Assist with post-immersion mock assessments, data collection (surveys and PSC results tracking), and prepare analysis/summary reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Education, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with quantitative research methods and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred experience in project administration, education/training support, research assistance, or PSC-related work.

- Temporary contract with expected end date of 31 March 2027.
