Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist research team in executing life-cycle assessments to evaluate carbon footprint and environmental impacts of infrastructure strategies.
- Conduct data collection and cost-benefit analysis for infrastructure asset performance and regional planning across the Greater Bay Area.
- Prepare research reports and documentation with the Principal Investigator.
- Perform related research and project tasks as directed by the Principal Investigator.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in infrastructure project evaluation, urban planning, or asset management in the Greater Bay Area.
- Solid knowledge of cost-benefit analysis, life-cycle assessment, or quantitative infrastructure indicators.
- Good communication skills and familiarity with Greater Bay Area urban renewal and infrastructure planning procedures.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
