Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments and occasionally collect samples in the field.
- Analyze marine microalgae and their cysts in water or sediment samples.
- Assist in purchasing laboratory equipment and materials.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator(s) or Supervisor(s).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Have experience in light and fluorescence microscopy and/or molecular techniques such as DNA extraction, PCR, or sequencing.
- Possess knowledge in marine plankton taxonomy (advantageous).
- Demonstrate strong responsibility, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills.
