Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research projects on AI-enabled consumer behavior, AI nudging, service technology, and digital customer experience.
- Assist in developing AI-enabled personalization and nudging systems for behavioral experiments, including recommendation logic and prototype development.
- Conduct literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and research writing.
- Support the implementation and management of experiments and research projects.
- Assist with website management, interface testing, and research-related technical development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Quantitative Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or experimental interface development.
