Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach didactic courses on AI applications in dentistry and related biomedical/computer science topics.
- Supervise research projects and develop an independent research program.
- Assist in developing AI algorithms across various dental disciplines.
- Participate in knowledge exchange and administrative duties.
- Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate curricula at both faculties.
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree or equivalent qualification in AI, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong research focus on applying AI to dentistry.
- Show ability and willingness to participate in Faculty and University affairs.
Appointment
- Tenure-track position on a three-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
