Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in an intense and demanding environment.
- Conduct research in AI-enabled design and building technology with focus on computational design and sustainable materials.
- Develop innovative computational tools and theories exploring technology's impact on human perception and creative problem-solving.
- Participate actively in shaping departmental culture through teaching and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a postgraduate and professional degree in a relevant field.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Architecture, Design and Technology, or an affiliated discipline (preferred).
- Demonstrate established teaching and research record in advanced technology in design and creative technologies.
- Have experience in multidisciplinary contexts and developing projects on AI augmenting creativity and sociability.
Appointment
- Full-time; three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract.
