Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in Molecular and Cellular Biology with focus areas including molecular imaging, cancer biology, plant biology, microbiome, or biophysics.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Biological Sciences.
- Mentor graduate students and supervise their research.
- Collaborate across disciplines within the institution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Ph.D. degree in a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong research accomplishments in Molecular Biology.
- Show strong interest in teaching and commitment to student mentoring.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract.
