Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead imaging research with a focus on medical imaging artificial intelligence.
- Manage AI-related infrastructures within the Department.
- Participate in applications for external competitive research grants.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programs and supervise student projects and theses.
- Undertake administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Medical Imaging Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Demonstrate evidence of international recognition and scholarship.
- Show ability to work across disciplines towards new research initiatives.
- Possess a strong track record of high-quality research with multiple publications in high-impact journals (impact factor >10).
- Have a record of securing external grants and commitment to student engagement at all levels.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of a second three-year contract.
