Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach biostatistics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct independent research in infectious disease modelling and epidemiology.
- Supervise junior staff and research postgraduate students.
- Perform administrative duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in statistics, mathematics, biostatistics or a related discipline.
- Prior research experience in infectious disease modelling and epidemiology.
- Proven track record of impactful research, publications, external grants and leadership.
- Experience in teaching and supervising postgraduate students.
Appointment
- Full-time — Contract: 3-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second 3-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
