Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing research projects on emerging infectious diseases.
- Publish original research articles regularly in high-impact journals.
- Obtain external competitive grants.
- Participate in teaching and enhance medical and healthcare-related courses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Microbiology, Virology, or related disciplines.
- Strong track record in virological research (virus-virus/host interaction, AI-guided research, viral immunity, or omics investigations).
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Professor level.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
