Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct frontier research in areas such as robotic intelligence, humanoid robotics, surgical robotics, bio-inspired robotics, soft robotics, and autonomous vehicles.
- Deliver quality teaching in relevant subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Engage in knowledge transfer activities and provide administrative service to the University/Faculty/Department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Excellent research record in robotics or related areas.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of a second three-year fixed-term contract.
