Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in marine science.
- Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Manage research projects and secure competitive research funding.
- Develop innovative research proposals related to blue carbon or marine symbiosis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Marine Biology, Ecology, Ocean Science, or closely related discipline.
- Strong publication record and prior research experience in blue carbon or marine symbiosis.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Strong leadership experience in coordinating and managing research projects.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
Appointment
- Contract — 2 years, renewable subject to performance and funding availability.
