Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in quantum science and technology areas such as quantum information, photonics, quantum optics, cold atoms, neutral atoms, trapped ions, solid state qubits or quantum simulation.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate level physics courses.
- Pursue a vibrant and productive research program.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in physics or a related field.
- Strong track record of research in quantum science and technology.
- Exceptional research excellence and academic leadership for Associate Professor or above level consideration.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year contract (prior to tenure).
