Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on education of nursing students, postgraduate teaching, and supervision.
- Conduct academic research and develop track records in scholarship and publications.
- Develop and implement innovative curricula to prepare students for nursing practice.
- Perform administrative duties at School and Faculty levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a primary nursing qualification registrable with the local Nursing Council or equivalent international regulator.
- Possess a Ph.D. degree, preferably in Nursing or healthcare-related disciplines.
- Demonstrate a well-recognized track record of impactful publications and extramural grant success.
- Show evidence of research postgraduate supervision, international collaboration, and academic leadership.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
