Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach biomedical sciences subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate programs in medicine, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, nursing, and Chinese medicine.
- Establish an innovative, well-funded research group open to interdisciplinary collaboration in areas such as molecular biology, developmental biology, cancer, neuroscience, or bioengineering.
- Contribute to the School's strategic academic and research collaborations locally, regionally, and internationally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Demonstrate international recognition with strong scholarship and ability to work across disciplines.
- Show commitment to inquiry-based learning for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Possess a strong research track record evidenced by publications and external grants.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for three years with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract.
