Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research across relevant disciplines.
- Attract competitive grants to maintain active research programmes.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research postgraduate students.
- Engage students in inquiry-based learning at both levels.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Strong track record of high-quality research demonstrated through publications and external grants.
- Evidence of international recognition in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines towards new research initiatives.
- Strong commitment to engaging students in inquiry-based learning.
Appointment
- Full-time — Contract: three-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates for Professor/Associate Professor positions may be considered for tenure appointments.
