Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver quality teaching across undergraduate and graduate programmes.
- Conduct high-quality scholarly research in business and economics.
- Provide service and administrative contributions to the institution.
- Mentor and nurture next-generation scholars (Professor/Associate Professor level only).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in business or economics-related discipline.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
- Leadership and mentoring capability (for Professor/Associate Professor positions).
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for 3 years initially, with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered for tenure-track appointment.
