Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in assigned field.
- Teach relevant courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to the Faculty's academic mission and strategic initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Strategy, OB/HRM, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrated capability to conduct high-quality research.
- Ability to teach courses in assigned discipline.
Appointment
- Contract — Three-year fixed-term with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptional candidates at senior levels may be considered for tenure-track appointment.
