Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Strategy, OB/HRM, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrated capability to conduct high-quality research.
- Ability to teach relevant courses effectively.
Appointment
- Full-time; three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered for tenure terms.
