Tenure-track Professor/Associate Professor in Mental Wellness in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct cutting-edge research in mental wellness with a focus on non-pharmacological interventions.
Lead and participate in collaborative and interprofessional research efforts with colleagues locally and internationally.
Teach courses and supervise students at graduate and undergraduate levels.
Administer academic programmes and provide academic leadership (for Professor level).

Hold a PhD (or equivalent) in Social Work, clinical psychology, or educational psychology.
Possess formal professional training in social work or psychology.
Demonstrate proven research and publication records in mental wellness.
Have substantial post-qualification practice experience in mental health or community-based settings.
Have experience in quantitative, behavioural, or cognitive intervention research (advantageous).
Possess recognised professional social work qualification and eligibility for registration (strongly preferred).

Full-time, Tenure-track; three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract. Exceptional candidates may be considered for direct tenure.
