Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in collaborative research on mental wellness interventions.
- Teach courses and supervise students at graduate and undergraduate levels.
- Administer academic programmes and provide academic leadership.
- Conduct externally-funded, rigorous field-based research with publication outputs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD (or equivalent) in Social Work, clinical psychology, or educational psychology.
- Possess formal professional social work training and recognised social work qualification.
- Demonstrate proven research and publication records in mental health or related fields.
- Have substantial post-qualification practice experience in mental health or community-based settings.
- Show experience in quantitative, behavioural, or cognitive intervention research.
Appointment
- Full-time; Three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract. Exceptional candidates may be considered for direct tenure.
