Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with academic departments on support for students with Special Educational Needs.
- Manage special assessment arrangements, exemptions, and related logistics for students with SEN.
- Provide tutorial support, remedial classes, and mentorship to students with SEN.
- Develop and refine curriculum and teaching materials specifically for students with SEN.
- Coordinate and implement dedicated services and activities to promote inclusive campus culture.
- Prepare periodic reports on services provided to students with SEN.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Science, or relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience providing support services to students with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong teamwork and independent work abilities under pressure.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
