Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain PCs, servers, and networking equipment for campus operations.
- Install and manage software and operating systems.
- Provide IT technical support to staff and students.
- Handle system and website maintenance tasks.
- Assist with IT procurement, inventory control, and software licenses.
- Support teaching activities including webinars, live streaming, and online meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised higher diploma in a relevant discipline plus 1 year's work experience, or a recognised diploma/higher certificate plus 2 years' work experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
