Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students and supervise their projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Create and develop curriculum and teaching materials.
Support programme validation and accreditation processes.
Engage with industry partners and participate in departmental projects and research activities.
Attend required meetings.

Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification, ideally with postgraduate credentials.
Have at least 3 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrate strong communication, teaching and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Be a collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
Possess aviation industry experience in airport operations, terminal operations, airline planning or air cargo operations.
Have solid knowledge of ICAO/IATA regulations and safety protocols.
