Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and laboratory work for students.
Set and mark assessments, supervise projects, and oversee fieldwork placements.
Perform student and academic administration duties.
Develop curriculum and teaching materials for the programme.
Assist in programme validation and accreditation processes.
Participate in industry networking, consultancy, research, and departmental functions.
Teach Building Services Engineering subjects including HVACR systems, fire services design, and building information modelling.

Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
Demonstrate good communication and teaching skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Be a strong team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
