Duties & Responsibilities

Teach courses and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
Assist in programme validation and accreditation processes.
Build industry networks and participate in consultancy, research, seminars, and exhibitions.
Attend required meetings and conduct student assessments with constructive feedback.

Hold a relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
Demonstrate strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Possess good interpersonal, organisation, and project management skills.
Be a collaborative team player with proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Preferably have experience in curriculum and module development.
Meet subject-specific requirements in Digital Media (digital marketing and AI knowledge) or Real Estate (property management and investment experience).
