Duties & Responsibilities

Teach courses and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
Support programme validation and accreditation processes.
Build industry partnerships and participate in consultancy, research, seminars, and exhibitions.

Hold a degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent field.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience with international exposure.
Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Present a professional portfolio and excellent presentation abilities.
Display creative problem-solving and advanced storytelling skills.
Be highly proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
Have practical experience in creative strategy, branding, design development, digital campaigns, or AI-augmented workflows (advantageous).
