Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise planning, management and execution of fashion events with internal and external stakeholders.
Solicit sponsorship for projects, functions and events.
Support coordination of local, Mainland and international B2B fashion events and visits.
Assist with financial and supply matters including procurement, budgeting and sponsorship arrangements.
Coordinate and execute promotional or marketing activities and events.
Conduct event evaluation and analysis.
Prepare proposals and reports for events.
Facilitate overseas delegation trips connecting tradeshow organisers, designers and potential buyers.
Liaise with the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency on communication, PR and budget matters.

A recognised degree in Design or related discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant design-related industrial experience.
Preferably experience in fashion design, event planning, project management and government funding applications.
Good presentation, administrative, interpersonal and team-building skills.
High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
High motivation for course or new project development.
Industry and professional body linkages are an advantage.
