Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator in coordinating and participating in Food Science and/or Chinese Herbal Medicine workshops and events.
- Collect data, conduct literature reviews and surveys, and perform experiments.
- Analyse data and prepare technical reports.
- Undertake other research duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
- May be required to work at different sites and work irregular hours, shifts, and weekends as necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- For Research Assistant I: Master's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Chinese Medicinal Pharmacy, Nutrition and Health Studies, or related discipline; or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- For Research Assistant II: Sub-degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Chinese Medicinal Pharmacy, Nutrition and Health Studies, or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
- Possess good administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and work initiative.
