Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and guidance services to students on further studies and career development.
- Deliver interpersonal skills training and whole person development modules.
- Organise student activities and functions.
- Carry out student administration and academic-related duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Social Work, Social Science, or relevant discipline with registration under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant experience in student services or youth work in social work settings.
- Possess substantial experience in personal and career counselling to youth and organising developmental programmes.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
